Job Title:Charity Workers
Multiple Positions Available

About Us:
The Kingdom Mandate Centre in Manchester is a dynamic and compassionate faith-based organization dedicated to serving our local community. We aim to uplift those in need through various charitable initiatives and outreach programs. As our work continues to expand, we are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in making a meaningful impact.
Available Positions:
We are currently hiring for several key roles within our charity department:
1. Community Outreach Coordinator
- Develop and implement outreach programs that address the needs of the local community.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses.
- Coordinate volunteer efforts for community events and service projects.
2. Volunteer Coordinator
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various charity initiatives.
- Organize volunteer schedules and ensure volunteers are effectively deployed in projects.
- Recognize and celebrate the contributions of volunteers through events and communications.
3. Support volunteer officers
- Recruit, onboard, and train new volunteers for various programs and activities at the Kingdom Mandate Center.
- Develop and implement volunteer management strategies to ensure effective and efficient volunteer support.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer participation, hours, and contributions.
4. Program Manager
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of charity programs.
- Ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet the needs of the target population.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff involved in charity programs.
5. Case Worker
- Provide direct support to individuals and families in need, helping them access resources and services.
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Collaborate with other agencies and services to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
6. Communications Officer
- Manage the charity’s communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and the website.
- Create compelling content that highlights the impact of our work and engages the community.
- Coordinate media relations and promote the charity’s activities and events.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to the values and mission of the Kingdom Mandate Centre.
- Relevant experience or education in social work, community development, non-profit management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

As our work continues to expand, we are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in making a meaningful impact.
Available Positions:
We are looking to fill multiple roles within our church community, including:
1. Clergyman
- Lead worship services and provide spiritual guidance to the congregation.
- Oversee church activities and programs.
- Offer pastoral care and counseling.
2. Youth Minister
- Develop and lead youth programs to foster spiritual growth.
- Mentor and support young members of the congregation.
- Organize events and activities for youth engagement.
3. Counsellor
- Help people or groups who are having personal, emotional, by giving them support, advice, and encouragement.
- Using therapeutic methods and interventions to help people learn more about themselves, gain insight, and solve problems.
-Offer pre-marital counseling to couples preparing for marriage, covering topics such as communication, conflict resolution, and spiritual compatibility.
4. Administrative Assistant
- Manage church administration and communications.
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and office tasks.
- Support the pastoral team in organizational duties.
5. Outreach Coordinator
- Plan and execute community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations.
- Coordinate volunteer efforts and community service projects.
6. Religious Educator
- Teach Bible studies and religious education classes.
- Develop curriculum and materials for spiritual education.
- Facilitate group discussions and spiritual learning activities.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the Kingdom Mandate Centre.
- Relevant experience or education in theology, ministry, or related fields (specific qualifications may vary by position).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
